Check Information

• Royalty checks are mailed on the 20th day of the month. If the 20th day lands on a weekend, checks will be mailed out the following Monday. A check is issued when an owner's account balance exceeds $100.00.

• JAMEX, Inc. does offer royalty payments by direct deposit and revenue statement detail by email. One must provide both a voided check and a working email address to participate in these services. ACH Enrollment form.

Name Changes & Transfers of Ownership

•  To request a name change or to add/remove your spouse's name from an account, please send a letter to the address below and include:
1) A copy of your marriage license, divorce decree, or other valid court documentation,
2) A copy of your current driver's license or social security card that shows the name change, and
3) A new IRS form W-9

•  To transfer your royalty interest to another party,please send a letter to the address below and include
1) A copy of the assignment or deed conveying your ownership to another party recorded in the county records where the properties are located and
2) a IRS form W-9 for the new owners.
